Thermoplastic moulding masses
Abstract
Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft eine thermoplastische Formmasse aus einem schlagfesten Harz A, das aufgebaut ist aus einem Copolymerisat A, aus Styrol und/oder a-Methylstyrol mit Acrylnitril, sowie einem Pfropfmischpolymerisat Az das Styrol und Acrylnitril auf einen, nur aus Butadien aufgebauten, Kautschuk aufgepfropft enthält und einem aus Acrylnitril und Butadien B bestehenden Kautschuk. The invention relates to a thermoplastic molding composition made of an impact-resistant resin A, which is composed of a copolymer A, styrene and / or a-methylstyrene with acrylonitrile, and a graft copolymer Az which contains styrene and acrylonitrile grafted onto a rubber composed only of butadiene and a rubber composed of acrylonitrile and butadiene B. Das Pfropfmischpolymerisat A 2 wird dabei durch Emulsionspolymerisation (Pfropfen) von Styrol und Acrylnitril auf einen in Emulsion erzeugten Polybutadienlatex erzeugt, dessen Teilchen vor der Pfropfung durch Agglomeration vergrößert worden sind, so daß mindestens 2 Teile der Teilchen (Zahlenmittel) eine mittlere Teilchengröße (d 50 -Wert der integralen Masseverteilung) von 0,04 bis 0,08 µm aufweisen, und höchstens 1 Teil der Teilchen (Zahlenmittel) eine mittlere Teilchengröße (d 50 -Wert der integralen Masseverteilung) von 0,20 bis 0,50 µm besitzen. The graft copolymer A 2 is generated by emulsion polymerization (grafting) of styrene and acrylonitrile on a generated in emulsion polybutadiene latex whose particles have been enlarged by agglomeration prior to grafting such that at least 2 parts of the particles (number average) have an average particle size (d 50 -Value of the integral mass distribution) from 0.04 to 0.08 µm, and at most 1 part of the particles (number average) have an average particle size (d 50 -value of the integral mass distribution) from 0.20 to 0.50 µm. Die erfindungsgemäße Formmasse wird zur Herstellung von Formteilen verwendet. The molding composition according to the invention is used for the production of molded parts.
