Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß das Steuergerät eine variabel programmierbare Verarbeitungselektronik aufweist und daß an die Verarbeitungselektronik über quasistetig arbeitende Zweipunktregler unstetig arbeitende Stellglieder angeschlossen sind.
