Process for the preparation of compounds containing (meth)acrylic-acid esters, (meth)acrylic-acid esters and anaerobically curable adhesives and putty-like masses
Abstract
Process for the preparation of urethane groups and compounds containing terminal (meth) acrylic ester groups by reacting compounds containing more than one isocyanate group in the molecule, the molecular weight of which does not exceed 2500, with 2,3-ep-oxypropanol-1 (glycid) in such a ratio that replace epoxy groups instead of all isocyanate groups and then react them with the equivalent amount of methacrylic acid and / or acrylic acid and new (meth) acrylic acid esters of the general formula where R is a residue derived from an organic di- or triisocyanate and n is 2 or 3 and anaerobically curing adhesive and sealant, the 20 to 80 percent by weight of the new compounds and 5 and 80 to 20 percent by weight of further (meth) acrylic acid esters contain polymerizable components.
