Abstract
Abstract A contacting element (6) for the electrical connection of printed circuits (1, 9) by means of a press-on connection is described. The conductor paths (3), covered by a protective film (5), end in congruently arranged contact surfaces (4). The contacting element (6) consists of a thin supporting film (7) of an electrically insulating material, in which are inserted penetrating contacts (9), corresponding to the contact surface patterns on the printed circuits, the contacts (8) extending over the carrier film (7) on both sides. The contacting element (6) preferably consists of a printed circuit with through-plated holes. <IMAGE>
