Abstract

Device for converting gases with gases or solids to temperature-sensitive solids in a fluidized bed reactor, in which a) the cylindrical fluidized bed reactor (1) has a conical lower part (3), the opening angle of which is 20 ° to 60 °, preferably 30 to 50 °, and the gas is introduced via a pipe system (4) with targeted gas rectification, b) the conical lower part (3) has a single-hole nozzle (5) in order to increase the inflow speed of the gas to 5 to 50 m / s, the ratio of the free cross-sectional areas of the cylindrical reactor (1) and the single-hole nozzle (5) between 1: 500 and 1:20, preferably between 1: 300 and 1:30, c) the single-hole nozzle (5) has a tear-off edge (6) for the gas flow, behind which high flow turbulences arise in the edge region of the lower part, which prevent deposits of solid particles, the exact geometry of the single-hole nozzle (5) being adapted to the respective bulk material and the gas must, and d) internal heat exchangers (7) are attached in the cylindrical reactor upper part (2) to remove heat of reaction or to temper the fluidized bed.
