Abstract

Die Vorrichtung ist insbesondere zur Filtration venösen Blutes im Rahmen intraarterieller Chemotherapie geeignet, wobei Chemotherapeutika, insbesondere Cytostatika, vor dem Herz ausfiltriert werden, so daß keine toxischen Nebenwirkungen auftreten Double-lumen catheter for a device for in-vivo blood purification, with which blood pumped out of a vein is subjected to intensive ultrafiltration, and the retentate together with a quantity of substitute fluid approximately equal in volume to the filtrate, is returned to the vein, which is from a There is a combination of a specially designed double-lumen catheter (10), an interposed first peristaltic pump (2) and an ultrafiltration filter (1) and hose connections (8, 9) between the catheter and the pump or ultrafiltration filter, the return line (9) from the hemofilter to the catheter a feed line with an interposed second hose pump (2a) for substitute liquid opens and a feed line (14) for anticoagulant opens into the feed line to the first hose pump, and the outlet line for filtrate from the ultrafiltration filter via a valve (5) to be set precisely in a measuring vessel (6) ends. The device is particularly suitable for the filtration of venous blood in the context of intra-arterial chemotherapy, chemotherapeutic agents, in particular cytostatics, being filtered out in front of the heart, so that no toxic side effects occur
