Frontally contacted electrical wound capacitor and method of making it
Abstract
In the case of an electrical winding capacitor with face contact, the dielectric consists of plastic foils wound with an offset of the order of magnitude of 0 to 0.2 mm (1, 2). Thin metal layers (3, 4) with a metal-free free edge (5, 6), which can be used as electrodes, are arranged on the plastic films (1, 2). The edges of the plastic films (1, 2) are provided with a corrugated or step cut in the metal-free free edge areas (5, 6).
