Abstract

Abstract In devices in which several electrical connections have to pass through a separation wall, the feedthrough thereof is realized by means of a flexible printed- tape (15). A printed tape which includes a number of electrical conductors and which is enveloped by a polyimide carrier consitutes with an epoxy glue (16) a very reliable permanent satisfactory seal in separation walls both of metal and of ceramic material.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 48 words
A gas-filled multi-channel X-ray detector comprising a number of electrically conducting lead-through electrically insulated from each other and passed through: a separation wall, characterized in that the electrical con ductors form part of a flexible printed tape, an insulating envelope of which is sealed to the separation wall.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 48 words
A gas-filled multi-channel X-ray detector comprising a number of electrically conducting lead-through electrically insulated from each other and passed through: a separation wall, characterized in that the electrical con ductors form part of a flexible printed tape, an insulating envelope of which is sealed to the separation wall.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in Claim 1, characterized in that the flexible printed tape is connected to the separation wall by means of a cold hardening glue compound.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 30 words
A device as claimed in Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the printed tape has a non-flexible character at the area of the feedthrough and at directly adjoining areas.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 35 words
A deive as claimed in any of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the printed tape is provided at least on one side with a bundle of electrical connection vires which can be separately connected.
