Abstract Translated from French On part d'un support (2) entièrement isolant dont une partie (7, 8) est très mince, on place une puce de circuit intégré (5) avec ses métallisations en regard de trous (4) préalablement percés dans le support mince, et on crée en une seule opération les pistes conductrices (9) et les contacts avec le circuit intégré au moyen de pâte conductrice sérigraphiée qui recouvre les trous et y pénètre pour prendre contact avec la puce. -Applications en microélectronique We start from a fully insulating support (2), a part (7, 8) of which is very thin, we place an integrated circuit chip (5) with its metallizations opposite holes (4) previously drilled in the thin support, and the conductive tracks (9) and the contacts with the integrated circuit are created in a single operation by means of screen-printed conductive paste which covers the holes and penetrates therein to make contact with the chip. -Applications in microelectronics
