Abstract

The invention relates to semiconductor junction devices and their manufacturing process. The invention relates to a diode manufactured by a collective process in which the junction is limited to its active part (7) and is inserted into a dielectric (10) serving as a support which avoids the use of a housing. The invention applies in particular to the manufacture of avalanche semiconductor devices, with Gunn effect, with mixing diodes and varicap diodes.
