Abstract 1. Process for immuno assay of antigens, employing two antibodies, consisting in fixing a second antibody on a solid phase, in incubating the latter with a solution of thu first antibody and the solution containing the antigen to be assayed to which the marked antigen is then added, characterized in that a second antibody, rendered insoluble and which the previously been purified by affinity chromatography, is used.
