Method for the stabilisation of peroxidase in a liquid medium, and the stabilised medium so obtained

Abstract Translated from German Durch Zugabe von 4-Amino-antipyrin kann Peroxidase in einem Serum oder Serumprotein enthaltenden Medium stabilisiert werden. Hierbei ist irrelevant, ob die Peroxidase isoliert vorliegt oder an ein immunologisches Material, z.B. an einen Antikörper, gekoppelt ist. Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung von Peroxidase in einem Serum oder Serumprotein enthaltenden Medium durch Zugabe von 4-Amino-antipyrin sowie so stabilisierte Peroxidase. By adding 4-amino-antipyrine, peroxidase can be stabilized in a medium containing serum or serum protein. It is irrelevant whether the peroxidase is isolated or attached to an immunological material, e.g. to an antibody. A method is described for stabilizing peroxidase in a medium containing serum or serum protein by adding 4-amino-antipyrine and peroxidase stabilized in this way.
