Frame consisting of detachable profiles
Abstract
In the case of a frame for the detachable connection of profile bars (10, 11), some longitudinal grooves (14) and others have a hollow profile (12) for receiving a connector (20) on the end face. The connector consists of a bearing housing (25) with a rising wedge surface (46) and a holding member (24) which is accommodated therein and can be displaced longitudinally. The spring member has a counter bevel (65) which is pressed against the wedge surface (46) by spring force. The holding member (24) can be moved longitudinally via an eccentric bolt (25) running transversely to the profile rod and received in a transverse bore (70) with its handling end (30), whereby an end-side coupling hook (22) on the holding member (24) with respect to rigid coupling lugs (21 ) on the bearing housing (23) can be moved longitudinally as well as can be moved transversely on the wedge surface (46) by the run-up of the counter bevels (65). A spring tongue (53) is cut out and bent from a steel sheet strip (24) forming the holding member, and its end is supported on an inner wall (43) of the bearing housing (23) for a connector (20) that is reliable and easy to handle and consists of as few individual parts as possible and is guided longitudinally there. The wedge surface (46) runs between the two coupling lugs (21) and is engaged behind by an offset (52) of the holding member (24) which holds the eccentric bolt (25) in a rear wall cutout of the bearing housing (23). The spring tongue (53) also makes it possible to press the eccentric bolt (25) in the manner of a push button, so that in the starting position the handling end (30) of the bolt (25) is locked in the transverse bore (70) of the profile rod (10).
