Process for the production of possibly cellular polyurethane polyurea moulded articles, and alkyl- substituted phenylene diamines for that purpose
Abstract
Abstract 1. A process for the preparation of cellular or non-cellular polyurethane-polyurea moldings by reacting organic polyisocyanates, polyols and alkyl-substituted phenylenediamines and chain extenders, secondary aromatic diamines and/or 3,3',5,5'-tetra-alkyl-substituted 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethanes in the presence or absence of blowing agents, auxiliaries and additives, wherein there are used as alkyl-substituted phenylenediamines compounds of the formulae see diagramm : EP0069286,P13,F1 see diagramm : EP0069286,P13,F2 and/or see diagramm : EP0069286,P13,F3 where R**1 and R**2 are identical or different and each denotes an alkyl radical of 1 to 4 carbon atoms which are arranged linearly or branched, and R**3 is an alkyl radical of 4 to 12 carbon atoms or a five- or six- membered cycloalkyl radical, these phenylenediamines or their mixtures being used in an amount of from 5 to 150 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of polyol.
