Dabei ist der IC-Baustein einschließlich der zum Betrieb des Bausteins notwendigen Kopplungsmittel vollständig von einer elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht umhüllt. Die elektrisch leitfähigen Umhüllungen können im Kartenaufbau als Schichten oder am IC-Baustein selbst vorgesehen werden. Die erfindungsgemäße leitfähige Umhüllung eignet sich sowohl für optoelektronische wie für galvanische Datenübertragung.
