Abstract An endotracheal tube with movable endobronchial blocker for one-lung anesthesia comprising an endotracheal tube (35) with a cuff (41) having a small channel (37) formed within the wall of the endotracheal tube (35) along almost the entire length thereof and a catheter with a cuff (41) for endobronchial blockade named endobronchial blocker (51) which is housed in the small channel (37) and can be let out when in use.
