Abstract Translated from German Sprühgetrocknete Vitamin-E-Pulver, enthaltend 50 bis 56 Gew.-% Vitamin, 1 bis 25 Gew.-% hydrolysierte Gelatine und 20 bis 30 Gew.-% Kaseinat. Diese Pulver lassen sich direkt zu Tabletten mit verbesserter Härte und geringerer Friabilität verpressen. Spray dried vitamin E powder containing 50 to 56% by weight of vitamin, 1 to 25% by weight of hydrolyzed gelatin and 20 to 30% by weight of caseinate. These powders can be pressed directly into tablets with improved hardness and less friability.
