Abstract

The device according to the invention comprises: - a plurality of photosensitive zones (20) produced on the same conductive substrate, according to N rows and M columns, and isolated (1) from one another, in which electrical charges are created as a function of the illumination received, each of these zones consisting of an MOS capacitor (3) and a diode (8) for collecting the charges; - reading diodes (5) of the charges collected in the photosensitive zones (20); - a screen grid (4) interposed between the reading diodes (5) and the photosensitive zones (20).
