Abstract
Abstract The invention provides a chewable table comprising from 17 to 95% by weight of dietary fibre and a binding agent. The tablet is made by a process which comprises intimately mixing, in the required proportions, a dietary fibre and a binding agent so as to obtain a cohesive mixture and forming the mixture into a tablet.
