Abstract
Abstract Granules of higher potency of sodium L-ascorbate obtainable by spray-coating sodium L-ascorbate powder in a fluidized-bed granulator with a binder are excellent in terms of color stability and flowability. Tablets obtainable by compressing the granules have a satisfactory mechanical strength.
