Abstract
Abstract An active pull-up circuit for use in a sense amplifier or the like, comprising an enhancement type MIS transistor (Qg, Q 9 ', Q 21 ), a MIS capacitor (C 3 , C3', C 21 ) controlled by a clock signal (Φ2) and a depletion type MIS transistor (Q 11 , Q 11 ', 0 22 ) controlled by another clock signal (Φ2 ) is disclosed. In this circuit, the two clock signals are bilevel signals whose potentials are the same as those of two power supplies.
