Abstract

Abstract Translated from German Pleuelstange, besonders für Verbrennungsmotoren, aus einem faserverstärkten Verbundwerkstoff, der als Schutz gegen korrosiven Angriff von einem Mantel aus Aluminium umschlossen ist. Zum Herstellen der Pleuelstange werden mit einem härtbaren Kunstharz beschichtete Faserbündel in Form einer Endlosschlaufe auf einen Wickelkern gewickelt der Wickelkörper durch Pressen in die Form der Pleuelstange gebracht und der Formling nach Härten des Harzes formschlüssig in eine mehrteilige Aluminiumform eingelegt und die Teile der Form zu einem das geformte Faserbündel umschließenden Mantel verbunden.
