Abstract 1. An aerogenerator comprising an orientable axle (1) equipped with a rotor (2) comprising one blade (3) at least at one of its ends, and being at the other end linked by all means known in the art to an apparatus (4) for the direct utilization or transformation of the energy produced by said aerogenerator such as an electricity generator for example, and comprising also a rotation velocity regulation system of the said rotor working following the force of the wind or following the demand for energy, the blade-rotor (2) being itself hinged to the orientable axle.
