Abstract
Abstract A catalytic process for hydrocracking C 5 + paraffin stream. The catalyst comprises a hydrogenation function such as palladium and a Group IIA form e.g. Be Mg, or IIIB, form e.g. Sc, Y, of zeolite ZSM-20. In an optional further step the paraffin stream is thermally cracked to recover ethylene and propylene.
