Abstract Translated from French Installation pour préparer de la caséine. Dans un récipient (1) empli de lait L est agité un panier (2) contenant des billes de résines cationiques. Lorsque le pH du lait au contact des billes s'est suffisamment abaissé, on relève le panier (2) à l'aide du palan (3). Installation for preparing casein. In a container (1) filled with milk L is stirred a basket (2) containing beads of cationic resins. When the pH of the milk in contact with the balls has sufficiently lowered, the basket (2) is raised using the hoist (3).
