Abstract
Abstract The tube base connection is esp. for round-tube heat exchangers. It has one or more tubes, which is fastened positivley and fluid-sealed, in an aperture of a base. The tube (11) contains a sleeve (30), fastened to it, near the area of the base (10). The sleeve has a collar, engaging on the tube end (20) and a corrugated shaft (32). Tube and sleeve are pressed into an aperture in the base. ADVANTAGE - Simple connection process for round-tube heat exchangers.
