Abstract

Abstract The construction element is designed as a wall element (1, 1a). Formed in the wall element (1, 1a) are pressure-water passages (5), the discharge openings of which are located at the tip (7) to be advanced of the wall element (1). The tip (7) is located at the tapering base-side section (2) of the wall element (1, 1a). In a manner known per se, the wall element (1, 1a) is provided with a reinforcement (26) which can be attached to a support (25) extending over the length of the wall element (1, 1a). To install the wall element (1, 1a), pressure water is fed to the pressure-water passages (5) via a pressure-water delivery device so that the earth is flushed up in the area of the tip (7), and the wall element (1, 1a) penetrates into the earth on account of its dead weight. <IMAGE>
