Abstract

Abstract The support elements for the top part of a double floor are vertically adjustable tubular pieces filled with readily compactible, pref. semi-fluid, material which sets hard. The support feet (2) are first made, on the underfloor(1) by applying rapidly hard setting material where they are needed. Before these set, the bottom end of a composite tube, made from interlocking, mutually adjustable pieces (4, 5) is pressed in the pieces are aligned. When the feet have set, level marks (A, B) at the top of the tubes are aligned against a predetermined horizontal plane and the filler substance (10) is introduced.
