Abstract
Abstract The plate-holding device has a frame (1) and rebate bars (5) which hold the edge of the plate (4), which is arranged between two sealing profiles (3) made of elastomeric material, clamped against the frame (1) and absorb the operating forces (W) acting on the plate (4). The rebate bars (5) are held positively and engageably on the frame (1) via a holding profile (6) so that even relatively large operating forces and moments can be transmitted. In particular, a seal with greater sealing force than a putty filling can be used. <IMAGE>
