Heat-insulating tent wall

Abstract

Abstract The tent wall has a plurality of layers arranged one above the other in a sandwich-like manner, specifically a tent canvas (1), an insulating material layer (2, 3, 4) and an aluminium foil (5). These layers are bonded to one another at least in spots by mechanical means (6, 7) and/or by means of an adhesive. The insulating material layer can be composed of at least one foam layer (3) and at least one non-woven fabric layer (2, 4). The aluminium foil (5) has a heat-reflecting surface (5a). This tent wall is suitable for constructing tents for civil or military purposes and provides increased protection against heat transmission in both directions. <IMAGE>
