Abstract
Abstract Post-emulsifiable inspection penetrant compositions and process for using same, in which the penetrant liquid contains, in addition to an indicator dye, a solvent ingredient which acts to provide a low degree of emulsifiability (Emulsification Coefficient - Ie). Concentrations of the specified solvent ingredients may range from approximately 2% to 98%, sufficient to provide an Emulsification Coefficient smaller than 50.
