Abstract
Abstract A backlight assembly structured to reduce vibrations and impacts that are transmitted to fluorescent lamps. The backlight assembly includes a diffuser plate diffusing light and including indented portions in a bottom surface thereof, a plurality of lamps disposed under the diffuser plate and emitting the light, and a reflective plate disposed under the lamps and reflecting the light.
