Abstract
Abstract The angle at which a multipath finger produced by a digital radio communication source arrives at an antenna array can be estimated using an uplink weight vector associated with the multipath finger. Due a characteristic of uplink weight vectors used in antenna arrays having a shift invariance structure, the estimate of the angle can be calculated based on the uplink weight vector.
