Dependent Claim 35 words
The method of claim 31, wherein the pivotal connection between the second extending member and the second anchor comprises at least one suture thereby providing a floating connection between the extending member and the anchor.
Claim 45
Dependent Claim 29 words
The method of claim 28, further comprising providing the releasable connection as a frangible portion of the shaft adapted to rupture at a preset tensile force in the shaft.
Claim 46
Dependent Claim 69 words
The method of claim 25, further comprising providing the anchor with a shaft extending concentrically through a cylindrical member, providing the shaft with a releasable connection connecting two portions of the shaft together, a first portion of the shaft having two hollow members disposed concentrically thereon and each bearing a respective set of said longitudinally directed fingers, a second portion of the shaft having said cylindrical member disposed thereon.
Claim 47
Dependent Claim 29 words
The method of claim 34, further comprising providing the releasable connection as a frangible portion of the shaft adapted to rupture at a preset tensile force in the shaft.
