A method of using a stent in a human vasculature comprising: providing a stent delivery catheter, and an unexpanded stent mounted on the stent delivery catheter, the stent having a continuous circumference and an unitarily formed locking arm; inserting the stent delivery catheter into the human vasculature; advancing the stent delivery catheter through the vasculature to a treatment site; and allowing the stent to expand.

A method of using a stent in a human vasculature comprising: providing a stent delivery catheter, and an unexpanded stent mounted on the stent delivery catheter, the stent having a continuous circumference and an unitarily formed locking arm; inserting the stent delivery catheter into the human vasculature; advancing the stent delivery catheter through the vasculature to a treatment site; and allowing the stent to expand.
