Abstract A plastic product comprising an inner core portion made of plastic and having a solid shape or a hollow shape including an internal cavity, and a fiber-reinforced plastic layer formed on inner and/or outer surfaces of the inner core portion, whereby the plastic product has light weight, high strength and excellent vibration suppressing and noise shielding ability.
