Abstract
Abstract The present invention makes a request for location registration inhibition at a key pad portion which is manipulated by an user of a mobile radio telephone. A first memory stores the inhibition request therein, and a display displays the inhibition request. A controller does not control (i.e., does not cause to be generated) a request for location registration with respect to the base station even though the user of the mobile radio telephone moves between registered location areas when the inhibition request is stored in the first memory.
