Abstract

Abstract A slidably fitting type connector has a slide member overlying slidably on a male connector housing and is arranged so that the male connector housing is fitted to and separated from a female connector housing when the leading end portions of each lever engages with a pair of engaging portions of the female connector housing when the slide member is moved back and forth. The levers are provided between the slide member and the male connector housing on inner both sides of the slide member in such a manner that the two levers are directed opposite to each other.
