The method of collaborative HTML processing of claim 1 comprising the further steps of: modifying said HTML global data; processing said HTML global data from said step of modifying to combine said HTML global data with a plurality of HTML templates to effect a global change to the web pages on said server computer.

The method for collaborative HTML processing of claim 1 in which said instructions to include said HTML global data are instructions provided in said HTML page templates.

The method for collaborative HTML processing of claim 1 in which said step of processing said HTML templates to generate complete HTML pages is in response to the HTML templates presence in a predetermined file system directory.

Claim 6

The method of claim 1 in which said step of processing said HTML templates to generate complete HTML pages places said generated complete HTML pages into a predetermined taxonomy of subjects with hyper-text links.

Claim 7

The method of claim 1 in which said step of processing said HTML templates to generate complete HTML pages insert predetermined images to identify said generated complete HTML pages with a predetermined information topic.

Claim 8

The method of claim 1 further comprising: generating a frame for said generated complete HTML pages, said frame including internet navigational links to place said generated complete HTML pages into a predetermined subject matter taxonomy.

Claim 9

A computer apparatus for collaborative mass production of HTML web pages comprising: a server computer; a storage device operatively connected to said server computer, said storage device storing HTML global data files; and a collaborative web page generator executing on said server computer, said web page generator combining said HTML global data files with a HTML template file, to create a completed HTML web page wherein said HTML global data interacts with said HTML template to form a combined response.

A computer apparatus for collaborative mass production of HTML web pages comprising: a server computer; a storage device operatively connected to said server computer, said storage device storing HTML global data files; and a collaborative web page generator executing on said server computer, said web page generator combining said HTML global data files with a HTML template file, to create a completed HTML web page wherein said HTML global data interacts with said HTML template to form a combined response.

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: a predetermined organization of topics stored on said storage, said collaborative web page generator creating said complete HTML web pages in which said complete HTML web pages contain hyper-text links to link said complete HTML web pages to correspond to said predetermined organization of topics.

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: a frames system connected to said collaborative web page generator, said frames system receiving information from a web browser to determine whether a banner frame has been previously loaded by said web browser and then responding to said information with a framed data response if said banner frame is not present.

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: said collaborative web page generator accessing said storage device to set permissions for participant access to said generated web pages.

Claim 14

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: said collaborative web page generator accessing said storage device to set permissions for access to subsystems associated with said generated web pages, said subsystems including chat rooms, bulletin boards and electronic mailboxes.

Claim 15

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: said collaborative web page generator accessing a storage device to determine whether hyper-text links to a predetermined taxonomy of subjects should be included in said generated web pages in response to information from a participant's web browser.

The apparatus of claim 8 further comprising: said collaborative web page generator receives internet advertisement for insertion into said generated web pages.

A collaborative data system for use on the Internet comprising: a guide acquisition system for initially screening perspective guides from the Internet; an application processing system operationally connected to said guide acquisition system, said application processing system providing further screening of said guides from said guide acquisition system; a mass mentoring system operationally connected to said application processing system, said mass mentoring system providing an on-line education and forum for said guides selected from said application processing system distributing HTML templates to said guides; a collaborative page generator system operationally connected to said mass mentoring system said collaborative page generator system generating a complete web page, wherein said complete web page combines global HTML data with data in said HTML template, a frames system operationally connected to said collaborative page generator system, said frames system receiving information from a web browser to determine whether a banner frame has been previously loaded by said web browser and then responding to said information with the properly framed data response if the banner frame is not present.

A collaborative data system for use on the Internet comprising: a guide acquisition system for initially screening perspective guides from the Internet; an application processing system operationally connected to said guide acquisition system, said application processing system providing further screening of said guides from said guide acquisition system; a mass mentoring system operationally connected to said application processing system, said mass mentoring system providing an on-line education and forum for said guides selected from said application processing system distributing HTML templates to said guides; a collaborative page generator system operationally connected to said mass mentoring system said collaborative page generator system generating a complete web page, wherein said complete web page combines global HTML data with data in said HTML template, a frames system operationally connected to said collaborative page generator system, said frames system receiving information from a web browser to determine whether a banner frame has been previously loaded by said web browser and then responding to said information with the properly framed data response if the banner frame is not present.

The system of claim 15 in which said collaborative page generator restricts access to generated web pages to said perspective guides and excludes internet participants.

The system of claim 15 in which said complete web page response includes hyper-text links to a predetermined taxonomy of subjects.

The system of claim 15 in which said complete web page response includes advertisements.

The system of claim 15 in which said complete web page response includes a predetermined color and style scheme to graphically identify the location of said complete web page response in a predetermined list of subjects.

They system of claim 15 in which said complete web page response includes or excludes hyper-text links in response to data received from a participant's web browser.

The system of claim 15 in which said complete web page response includes links to a predetermined set of services which includes e-mail, chat and bulletin board.
