The computer implemented method of minimal model representation of a manufacturing process as recited in claim 2 wherein said partitioning step dynamically assigns process variables in said primary and secondary sets, process variables in said secondary set being retained for possible future transfer to the primary set, further comprising the steps of: detecting changes in process variables according to their respective contributions to the manufacturing process; and transferring at least one process variable in said second set to said primary set when said at least one process variable is determined to be significant to the manufacturing process, thereby adjusting the model of the manufacturing process.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
59 words
The computer implemented method of minimal model representation of a manufacturing process as recited in claim 3 further comprising the step of transferring at least one process variable in said primary set to said secondary set when said at least process variable is determined to be insignificant to the manufacturing process, thereby adjusting the model of the manufacturing process.
Claim 6
