Abstract
Abstract A release liner based stock for use as a carrier web including a paper substrate having an upper surface and a lower surface. A release agent is coating on the top of the upper surface. The unique soap-based acrylic layer discourages curling of the base stock release liner, fiber pick-off contamination from the uncoated side of the paper substrate, and maintains a consistent peel off force required for removing a label from the release liner and deploying it on a target object.
