Abstract
Abstract A device for increasing the fundamental power yield of a self-commutated inverter with a capacitive storage device. The device is connected to the outputs of a self-commutated inverter, providing at least one single-phase cascade per R, S and T phase. Each single-phase cascade includes a capacitive storage device and a switching device with which the capacitive storage device can be switched into phase and out of phase with respect to the phase with which the cascade is associated.
