Abstract
Abstract A sailing rig (20) has a sail cloth (26) adjustable in area by folding of the aft corner of sail (26), a clew sail (38). Sail cloth (26) is redesigned so clew sail (38) is not a structural part of rig (20) so it can be reefed without altering the remainder of rig (20).
