Abstract

Abstract A device for holding rod-shaped workpieces, especially test tubes, has a base plate spaced at a distance from a support surface. A receiving and clamping device has at least two elastic tongues that are displaceable in the plane of the base plate. The tongues are positioned in a perforation of the base plate and act in pairs on the test tube. The holding device is extremely simple in its design and economical to manufacture, but ensures a reliable securing of the test tube at different levels.
