Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 8
Claim 1
Independent Claim 103 words
A flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use, comprising: a flexible pad having an active surface including permanent magnetic particles embedded therein with said magnetic particles forming a plurality of magnetic zones of north polarity and a plurality of magnetic zones of south polarity; said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity being positioned contiguous with one another; at least one of said magnetic zones of north polarity being contiguous with four of said zones of south polarity; and, at least one of said magnetic zones of south polarity being contiguous with four of said zones of north polarity.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 103 words
A flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use, comprising: a flexible pad having an active surface including permanent magnetic particles embedded therein with said magnetic particles forming a plurality of magnetic zones of north polarity and a plurality of magnetic zones of south polarity; said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity being positioned contiguous with one another; at least one of said magnetic zones of north polarity being contiguous with four of said zones of south polarity; and, at least one of said magnetic zones of south polarity being contiguous with four of said zones of north polarity.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 34 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 1, wherein said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity are each between 4 mm -10 mm in width.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 30 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 1, wherein said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity are each quadrilateral in shape.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 30 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 3, wherein said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity are each rectangular in shape.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 30 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 4, wherein said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity are each square in shape.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 29 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 1, wherein said magnetic zones of north polarity and said magnetic zones of south polarity alternate radially and circumferentially.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 25 words
The flexible magnetic pad for therapeutic use according to claim 1, wherein said north and south polarity zones form a spiral pattern of alternating polarities.
