Abstract
Abstract In a control system for an actuator applicable to a servo system in which a low resolution sensor and/or an operation detection signal having noise components is used as a feedback signal, a low-pass filter is disposed in a feedback loop of the servo system whose cut-off frequency is varied according to an operating condition of the actuator, e.g., an operation speed of the actuator.
