Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 105 words
A method for the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders of skin epidermal cells which comprises the concurrent administration to a patient of an efficacious amount of an inhibitor of the de novo pathway in DNA synthesis and an efficacious amount of an inhibitor of the salvage pathway in DNA synthesis, wherein the inhibitor of the de novo pathway is 5-fluorouracil and the inhibitor of the salvage pathway is dipyridamole, wherein the dipyridamole is administered topically at the site of the hyperproliferative disease and is applied at a concentration between about 0.1 and about 5 wt. %, and wherein the 5-fluorouracil is administered orally or by injection.
Claim 2
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 22 words
The method according to claim 1 wherein the 5-fluorouracil is orally administered in an amount between about 5 and about 50 mg/week.
Claim 4
Independent Claim 105 words
