Abstract
Abstract An electrical connector device includes first and second cable winding members one of which is co-rotatable with a rotatable side and the other of which is fixed to a stationary side. The first and second cable winding members are arranged with their respective centers being spaced apart from each other. An flexible cable is fixed at its one end to the first cable winding member and at its other end to the second cable winding member. The flexible cable is wound around the first winding member to form a loose winding of a plurality of turns therearound so that relative rotation between the first and second cable winding members is allowed by means of radially expanding and contracting behavior of the cable winding around the first cable winding member.
