Abstract
Abstract A voltage amplifier circuit, having a simple circuit construction and suitable for use as a high gain solid state image pickup device, is a differential circuit, one input terminal thereof being supplied with an input signal. At least one stage of an inverter circuit is serially connected to an output terminal of the differential circuit. An output terminal at the last stage of the inverter circuit is connected to the other input terminal of the differential circuit by an ON/OFF switch element controlled at a predetermined timing. In a signal transmission path there is no capacitor causing loss and delay.
