Abstract
Abstract A protective plastic insert is provided for a conventional golf cap. The insert is substantially hemispherical and is engagable within the cap. The cap is size adjustable. The insert adapts to the size change of the cap. Thus a single size insert fits most golf caps. The shape and hardness of the plastic protect the wearer against the impact of a stray golf ball.
